The Registrar/Records Office maintains students’ permanent academic records and provides a variety of services for students and Alumni.  These services include the enforcement of academic policies, grading, enrollment reporting and all things related to credentials, graduation and transcripts.


To have your name included in the Commencement program, students must submit a graduation application by Friday, April 10, 2020.

The last day to submit a graduation application for each semester is as follows:

Fall 2019 (December)             Thursday, December 19
Winter 2020  (May)                 Wednesday, May 6
Spring 2020 (June)                 Wednesday, July 1
Summer 2020 (August)          Wednesday, August 26

Graduation applications submitted after these dates will be moved to the next semester.


If you have graduated but are continuing your education, please complete an Academic Program Change Form to add a new academic program to your record.  You cannot register for courses or receive financial aid without an active academic program.

Courses being applied to the MACRAO endorsement must be completed before the Fall 2019 semester.  Courses taken in the Fall 2019 semester and forward can only be applied to the MTA endorsement.
