Pre-requisites and Repeating Courses
Students are expected to adhere to all published course pre-requisite requirements. This will ensure they are mastering the needed skills in the proper sequence to be successful.
The College limits the number of times a student can take a course.
- Students may attempt a course up to 3 times.
- Students must get approval from an advisor prior to registering for the 4th attempt.
- Grades from 0.0 to 4.0 are counted as attempts for the purpose of the course repeat limits. Grades of NS, I, or W count toward the 3 attempts.
- If a class is repeated, the best grade is used in the GPA calculation.
