American Culinary Federation (ACF) Certification

ACF Certification

Starting in the 2018-19 academic year, we added a question to the student graduate survey about ACF Certification. This means that at the time of this self-study, we only have one year of data to use as feedback. The results of this initial survey question can be seen here.

The data shows that only 16% of the graduates applied for the ACF Certification. It should be noted that out of the 73 surveys sent, only 25 responded (a response rate of only 34%) making the data susceptible to statistical inaccuracies.
