Students will receive an email to access the MyMaddona Portal within a few business days. Please note that this timeframe is approximate and can vary based on the time of year and volume of Housing Request Forms received.

Once students have portal access, they will need to log into the portal and pay the non-refundable housing deposit. Students will be able to access the Housing Application approximately 2-3 days after the deposit is paid and credited to the student’s account. Please note that this timeframe is approximate and can vary based on the time of year and volume of deposits received.

The student would need to complete the Housing Application where they can indicate building and room-type preferences and select a meal plan. Changes to preferences indicated on the Housing Application or meal plan selected, or to indicate any roommate preferences, should be emailed to [email protected]. The Residence Life team at Madonna makes reasonable efforts to meet preference requests, however, preference requests are not guaranteed.

Prior to move-in, students are required to enter into a payment plan with the Student Accounts office at Madonna University and make at least one payment toward the payment plan. Of course, students have the option to make multiple payments, or pay the full balance prior to moving in if they choose to do so.
