Join us for a free mental health lunch and learn event focused on recognizing the signs of burnout and practical strategies for reducing stress. Guest speaker Brandon Dexter, Clinical Outreach Manager for Charlie Health in West Detroit, will share information about mental health resources and wellbeing support available to students.
