This training will provide an overview of the requirements and processes for obtaining a PCL, including:

  • The three main types of PCLs for contractor employees
  • Big-picture eligibility factors for PCLs
  • Overview of the SF-86 questionnaire
  • Polygraphs, medical and/or credit checks
  • Background investigation
  • Adjudication and appeal
  • Interim and final PCLs
  • Maintaining the PCL

Target Audience: Federal and defense contractors, prime contractors, small businesses, and small business advocates.
