• Driver’s License Number (if any)
• Parent & Student 2022 Federal Income Tax Return
• Alien Registration or Permanent Resident Card (if you are not a U.S. Citizen)

FSA ID Requirement: Before you attend, please create your Federal Student Aid (FSA) ID for both the contributor and student so the FAFSA can be
signed easily. This must be done three business days prior to your attendance.
