Every Market and Café on campus is operated by the Culinary Operations Department. All food is prepared by our talented staff of trained culinarians and Culinary Arts students.

The concept of a self-serve market on campus began with the Elite Market and Smoothie Bar. Its innovative and unique design earned its place as a 2022 Gold Medal recipient, awarded by the National Association of College and University Food Services. The concept has been so successful it was expanded to both the Ocelot Market and Henry’s.

The Markets provide a quick and easy way to grab a bite to eat when you are on the run. Each location is open and operates in a self-serve mode whenever the building is open. The Markets are stocked with a rotating selection of fresh and tasty grab-n-go items such as sandwiches, salads, healthy snacks, and beverages. They also house state-of-the-art Starbucks Serenade machines that allow you to make fresh brewed coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and chai tea lattes anytime. With step-by-step instructions, getting your next hot cup is as easy as press, pay, and go!

Or stop by the Ocelot Market Express, located at the front desk of the Fitness Center in the Physical Education building, before or after your next workout to pick up a quick snack or beverage.
