The American Harvest Restaurant will be closed and under renovation the 2022-23 academic year.
In addition to the restaurant upgrade, our state-of-the-art facilities will be enhanced with a new Demonstration Kitchen, complete with an overhead video feed and tiered seating for optimum viewing. A Fresh Market café dining concept, and a Brew Pub featuring award-winning Schoolcraft beers is also being added.
Our critically acclaimed American Harvest Restaurant will be enhanced with a new entry and dining ambience. When service returns in the fall of 2023, the a la carte menu will continue to change daily, and it will include freshly baked breads, gourmet soups, salads, and an extensive selection of tempting desserts. Upon reopening, American Regional a la carte lunch service will be offered Wednesday – Friday, and International Dinner services will be offered on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Beginning Fall 2023, dining reservations can be booked online at OpenTable, or by calling 734-462-4488.
