Schoolcraft College Culinary students look forward to serving you in a refined dining experience in the upscale casual atmosphere of American Harvest at Schoolcraft College. Artisan breads, delicious soups, fresh salads, creative entrees, and beautiful desserts are offered in American Harvest’s a la carte menu which changes daily.

Average price is $30/person for lunch (beer and wine service available, tax not included).

Reservations are available on most Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays during the fall and winter semesters, with guest seatings at 11:45 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. American Harvest Restaurant is an active learning lab classroom, and dining service concludes by 1:15 p.m.

Reservations for groups of 1-5 guest may be made on OpenTable up to one month in advance. For groups of 6 or more guest, please call our Maître d’ at (734) 462-4488.
