Breakout Rooms

Our breakout rooms are designed with traditional-style classroom setup, ideal for group discussions, small meetings, and other gatherings. Presentation podiums include a desktop computer, laptop connection, DVD player and document camera. All technology is connected to a data projector mounted in the ceiling. The small boardroom (VT401) is the exception with a flat screen TV and laptop hookup. Laptops are available upon request. Flipcharts and markers are also provided in these rooms.

Capacities shown below reflect classroom style set up. Rooms can be reconfigured using the existing furniture into a square, u-shape, or boardroom layout. Capacities will vary depending on room configuration and catering requests.

Large Capacity Rooms

The DiPonio Room has moveable walls that make it possible to use the entire space or divide it into smaller areas. This room is well suited for banquets, business and industry expos, product demonstrations, guest speaker luncheons, conference general sessions, and keynote presentations.

The presentation podium accommodates a laptop and holds a DVD player for connection to the data projectors and five screens mounted in the ceiling. Section D of DiPonio Room, has a 27’x 9’ screen with high-definition projectors and video cameras allowing several images to be displayed, customizing the look of your presentation. Your event activities can be streamed throughout the building or broadcast to off-site locations.

The DiPonio Room can be configured using round, cocktail, and rectangular tables. Capacities will vary depending on room configuration and catering requests.

The Sutherland Room has moveable walls making it possible to divide the room into smaller rooms. The room includes a combination of 60” round tables and 3’x5’ rectangle tables, making it suitable for banquets, guest speakers or conference breakout sessions. The Wilson Room includes 3’x5’ rectangle tables allowing for various configurations. Capacities in both spaces will vary depending on room configuration and catering requests.

Presentation podiums in these spaces include a desktop computer, laptop connection and a DVD player, connected to the data projector mounted in the ceilings. Each room includes a flipchart and markers.
