Schoolcraft College does not allow Vistatech Center meeting guests to bring in their own food or beverage. Food ordered through, Culinary Operations, our on-site catering department must be consumed on the college premises during the scheduled event and cannot be removed from the facility. Refer to our menus for further details.

All menu items served in the Vistatech Center and throughout campus are crafted to the highest degree of culinary excellence by our Culinary Operations team.

We accept reservations for two years out. Please contact us at your convenience, but preferably 6 months prior to your event date for the best selection of room and service options.

If Schoolcraft College must close and cancel an event in the Vistatech Center due to severe weather, the following information may be helpful to you:

• Listen to the local radio and/or television stations for an announcement that Schoolcraft College is closed.
• Once the radio and or television stations announce the closing, a representative from the Vistatech Center will contact a designated person from your organization to confirm the event cancellation. Your account manager will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule your meeting date and you will not be responsible for any room rental, media or food or beverage costs incurred by the college for your event.

Vistatech does not provide hourly room rental, costs are based on four-hour intervals of time.

Since all Vistatech meeting rooms have state of the art technology built into the infrastructure of each room we prefer our guests use the standard equipment that has been tested and modified to work correctly in the facility. Your technology needs will be serviced by our helpful Media department.
