Kehrl Auditorium

The Kehrl Auditorium is a 3,890 square foot meeting room that can accommodate up to 270 in a theater style fixed seating arrangement with handicapped accessible seating areas. The nine foot deep stage can accommodate a speaker at a podium, a panel of presenters, product demonstrations, and awards presentations. The presenter can be at the podium on stage, or be off-site, with his or her image and voice broadcast live or taped via the projection screen.

In addition, a presentation in this room can be simulcast to other rooms within Vistatech. The adjacent green room can be used as staging area for presentations or as a small meeting room. The stage lighting, mounted projector and video camera make this room ideal for keynote speeches, award presentations, and traditional lectures.

Town Square

Our Town Square, situated between Kehrl Auditorium and Main Street Café, is an inviting and flexible environment for networking. This space offers informal lounge seating with a combination of 36” and 48” round tables, 30”x30” and 30”x48” square tables, 24 chairs, and ten couches on casters. Audio speakers are installed throughout the space along with two video display monitors with podium data outlets.
