Food Pantry
The College’s food pantry is open to all members of the campus community. We’re committed to trying to address hunger and food insecurity issues on campus.
Donations of non-perishable food items are gladly accepted but please make sure items are not expired. Donations can be placed in the collection bins in campus buildings or dropped off to the Student Activities Office in the lower level of the VisTaTech Center.
Donation Suggestions:
- Cans of tuna or chicken
- Canned soup, chili or stew
- Pork and Beans
- Peanut butter and jelly
- Pasta and spaghetti sauce
- Canned vegetables
- Canned fruit
- Instant potatoes
- Canned pasta such as ravioli
- Hamburger Helper
- Rice
- Macaroni and cheese
- Crackers
- Boxes of cereal
- Instant oatmeal
- Bottled water
- Juice boxes
- Hygiene products
For Those In Need
Those in need can access the grocery items by visiting the Student Activities Office in the lower level of the Vistatech Center:
- Fall & Winter Semester Hours:
- Monday – Thursday from 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Spring & Summer Semester Hours:
- Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- For Students:
- Students wishing to use the Food Pantry can stop in as needed to the Student Services Office to get access.
- Students can visit the Pantry twice a month and receive two bags of groceries on each visit.
Our bookstore donates bags so patrons don’t have to worry about carrying grocery bags.
