Senior Discount

Schoolcraft College offers tuition discounts for senior citizens. In order to receive the senior discount, persons sixty (60) years of age or older must verify their age (using a birth certificate, driver’s license, or other legal documents) with the Registration Center on main campus at the time of registration or prior to the start of the class. No rate adjustments will be made after a class has started.

• The costs of Personal & Professional Learning courses (PPL) vary from course to course. Prices for seniors can be found in the schedule for each semester.
• Seniors wishing to take credit classes can do so at a reduced rate. The senior discount is equal to one half of the resident-rate tuition for the semester in question regardless of where the student lives or what residency status he/she has. For example: The tuition rate for a resident senior would be half the resident tuition. A non-resident senior would receive the non-resident tuition rate minus half the resident tuition.
