How to Access Your ed2go Online Classroom:
- Register and pay through Schoolcraft College.
- Obtain detailed class information and online classroom access:
- Enroll in the online classroom using our video tutorial or by following these steps:
- Search for your general online class or teacher Recertification class title
- Click enroll now (No payment is made on this site. Payment is only made through Schoolcraft College per step 1).
- Follow additional prompts. If you are taking more than one class, be sure to complete the enroll now process for each class.
How do ed2go online classes work?
Each class consists of twelve lessons that are made available to you over a specific six (6) week period. The first lesson is released after 4 a.m. on the first Wednesday of class; subsequent lessons are released on Fridays and Wednesdays.
You do not need to be present when the lesson is released, but you must complete each lesson within two (2) weeks of its release. The lessons are supplemented by interactive quizzes, assignments, tutorials, and online discussion areas available via the Web.
Can I register after a class started?
f you wish to enter a class late, please call 734-462-4448 or email ppl@schoolcraft.edu for registration instructions. Web registration is not an option on/after a class start date.
What do I need to take an online class?
All you need is Internet access; Microsoft Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox Web browser; familiarity with the Internet; email; and a computer. Additional software requirements, if any, will be noted in the class description. Some classes are not compatible with Macintosh computers.

- You will receive an email from LERN two business days prior to the class start inviting you into your online classroom. You will need to click to accept the invitation and then set up a password for future access.
- If you do not receive such an email message, first check your “spam” or “junk” folder. If the message is not there, please contact: LERN Customer Service through Learning Resources Network (LERN) [email protected].
How do LERN online classes work?
Registered students will receive an email from LERN two business days prior to the class start date with a web address to access the online classroom. You will use your email address and password to gain access. Participate any time of the day or night. The online classroom is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are no live real-time requirements or meetings. Participants should log into the course on 2-3 different days/week.
To successfully complete a LERN online class:
- Make at least one substantial comment every week in the discussion.
- Take every Unit Self-Quiz and score a minimum of 80%. You may retake any quiz as often as needed to achieve a score of 80% or better.
- Complete all requirements by the last day of the course.
