Job Outlook for Human Resources Professionals

The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) estimates a 6% job growth for human resources (HR) specialists and a slightly higher growth rate for those in management roles.   • Bachelor’s degree = 2 years of work experience in a professional-level HR role
  • Anything less than a bachelor’s degree = 4 years of work experience in a professional-level HR role
