The Department of Operations, Curriculum, and Assessment (OCA) strives to facilitate faculty innovation, academic improvement, and student learning. The office works closely with individual faculty and departments to implement the College’s Performance Based Learning (PBL) initiative, including the development of course competencies and program outcomes.
The Department of OCA plays a key role in the process through which the curriculum is developed, assessed, reviewed, revised, and deployed as well as linking curriculum development to other student support systems across campus.
Our department is led by the Associate Dean for Operations, Curriculum, and Assessment and is comprised of a dedicated team of individuals who possess specialized skills and knowledge related to the operations of the institution’s systems and the development and implementation of curriculum and assessment.
