Get Fit! From Top to Bottom
Get fit from top to bottom improving your muscle and bone health, as well as your cardiovascular function. Use low impact aerobics, resistance-bands, exertubes, stability balls, and free weights, to have fun getting fit. This class is designed for all ages. Wear exercise clothing. Please bring a mat, towel and water bottle to class.
