Course Description

Combine cardio and Pilates techniques with drumming in a fast paced workout that can burn up to 900 calories per class. This unique exercise method is a jamming full-body fitness class that fuses music and movement. Work your way to a leaner, slimmer physique while rocking out to your favorite music. Ripstix will be provided. Bring a towel, water bottle and mat to class.
