High School Senior Scholarships
To supplement costs not covered by the Community College Guarantee, Schoolcraft College is happy to announce two new scholarships for high school students graduating in 2026 and opening February 1, 2026.
Ocelot Excellence Award
Opens: February 1, 2026
Closes: April 30, 2026
- In-District Award: $800 ($400 per semester)
- Out-of-District Award: $1,800 ($900 per semester)
Eligibility Requirements:
- High School GPA: 3.0+
- Admitted to Schoolcraft College
- High School Transcript Submitted
- FAFSA Submitted
- Intend to enroll full-time (12+ credit hours/semester)
Ocelot Pride Scholarship
Opens: February 1, 2026
Closes: June 30, 2026
- In-District Award: $800 ($400 per semester)
- Out-of-District Award: $1,800 ($900 per semester)

- Academic Advising Complete
- Schoolcraft New Student Orientation Complete
Important Notes:
- Scholarships will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis; the earlier you apply, the more likely you are to receive the scholarship.
- Scholarships will be awarded on a rolling basis; there is a chance that all scholarships will be awarded prior to the deadlines.
- Qualifying for the scholarship does not mean you will be automatically awarded. Scholarships are limited and will be awarded based on the date your scholarship application is received.
- You must be an admitted Schoolcraft student to apply for the scholarships.

How to Apply
Step #1:
Apply for Admission to Schoolcraft College and be sure to choose a degree seeking program.
- Non-degree seeking, Guest, and Dual are not eligible for these scholarships.
- Dual Enrolled High School students: re-apply as a regular admitted student.
Step #2:
Provide a high school transcript that has grades through the first semester or first trimester of your senior year by scholarship deadline. Order at parchment.com.

- You are eligible to apply for scholarships in Scholarship Universe the day after receiving Admissions Acceptance email.
- Answer the Tell Us About Yourself question.
- Review Scholarships to see your Matches and Apply. Remember to submit!
- The more questions answer on the scholarship site the more scholarship you may match too.
- Check back frequently in Scholarship Universe for new opportunities.
- Re-apply for scholarships each academic year
- Check your Schoolcraft SCmail account for updates and notification. Some scholarships may require you to complete additional steps.
All steps must be completed by the deadline in order to be considered.
*In-District: All living within the public school districts of Clarenceville, Garden City, Livonia, Northville, Plymouth-Canton, and parts of Novi.
** Out-of-District: Living in Michigan but outside of the college district.
