| Status | What the Status Means |
|---|---|
| Denied | The required form and/or supporting documents you submitted do not satisfy the requirement and have been denied. |
| Incomplete | The required form (and/or all supporting documents, if required) were not submitted or are not complete – Notes regarding what is missing may be found bolded, under the document explanation. |
| Information Only | No action needed – this is for your information only. |
| Loan Disclosure | Explains your right to return loan funds within 14 days. |
| Pending Review | Your documents have been received and are under review. |
| Received | We have received your documents. |
| Waived | No action needed – we no longer need this document. |
