ARCTool Operations and Programming

Course Overview
This hands-on course focuses on operating, programming, and maintaining FANUC ARC Mate 50iD/7L robots for arc welding applications. Participants will gain practical experience with FANUC’s ArcTool software, learning to set up, test, and modify robotic welding processes in a lab environment.
What You’ll Learn
- Safely operate a robotic welding cell
- Jog and program the robot using the teach pendant
- Create, modify, and execute Arc Welding and Weave programs
- Troubleshoot and recover from robotic faults
- Backup and restore robot programs
- Understand motion types, input/output signals, and branching instructions
