MTTC Prep
For registered students intending to pursue the Michigan Test for Teacher Certification (MTTC), we offer resources to help you prepare for the exam.
Steps to Get Started with MTTC Prep Resources:
1. Did you previously take the MTTC Exam?
- If yes, your results will be emailed from MTTC to the email address you provided at registration. Also, your full testing history and official score reports are always available in your MTTC account.
- If no, take one of the practice exams listed. Here are two options:
- Option A: Take free MTTC practice exams using Mometrix: Free MTTC Practice Tests (2026) – MTTC Test Prep. This option requires you to include an email address. Here is a video about navigating the Mometrix MTTC practice exam website.
- Option B: Take free MTTC practice tests through the MTTC website: MTTC Practice Tests. This option requires you to register for an exam before accessing their practice tests.
2. Once you have your results from a previous attempt or a practice exam:
- Utilize the study guides by subject provided by MTTC: MTTC Study Guides
- Schedule an appointment to meet with one of our Academic Success Coaches listed below on the subject section(s) that you would like additional practice and support with:
