First-time Zoom Access for Faculty & Staff
Getting Started for Faculty & Staff
All faculty and staff will get access to Zoom Pro for free. You use your Schoolcraft credentials to login to Zoom. Zoom can be accessed via any web browser, by desktop client, or on phones via the app appropriate to your phone’s OS.
To access Zoom just go to schoolcraftcollege.zoom.us and sign in. You will use your Schoolcraft email address and its associated password to sign in to Zoom.
When you get to the Zoom website, click the Sign In button.
Enter your Schoolcraft email address.
Click the Next button. You will be directed to complete the login process.
Enter your password to login.
If you had a Zoom account already registered under your Schoolcraft email address you will be presented with a screen with a choice to Join the Account or to Change Email Address.
Joining Your Account
If you choose to join the account, your personal account will merged with the one provided by Schoolcraft College and will fall under the terms of the enterprise license owned by the College.
Changing Your Email
If you want to keep your personal account then you’ll want to change the email address associated with that account. This will allow you to have both your personal account and the one provided by Schoolcraft College. You can’t keep your personal account and leave it associated with your College email address.
If you did not have a personal account or once you complete this process you will be taken to your Zoom profile page. You are now successfully logged in!
