Hi! My name is Amber Dermyre! I live a healthy and active lifestyle, and am passionate about being the best version of myself as an elite running athlete.
I love being able to work with athletes and active adults that want to be the best version of themselves and aren’t afraid to work for it! I enjoy guiding my clients to become independent, pain free and functional according to their specific goals. Whether that’s running a local race or climbing stairs after surgery. My training sessions are learning experiences. I expect my clients to ask questions about the program we build together in order to learn how to take control of their health independently.

Dahmin has a strong passion for health and wellness. As a former basketball coach and skills trainer for football and basketball players, he has had a long-time interest in helping others achieve their goals. He has been training since 2023 and holds a wide range of knowledge in diet and nutrition. Dahmin is looking forward to training with new clients here at Schoolcraft.

Jeremy is devoted to helping people learn how to be healthier through corrective and rehabilitative exercises. Coming from the Marine Corps’ Body Composition Program (BCP), he has joined Schoolcraft’s Movement Science Program to educate himself further in how the body moves. Jeremy has had experience working as a personal trainer at LA Fitness and is excited to meet new clients at Schoolcraft College.
