Compare with classmates.<\/li><li>Review in advance.<\/li><li>Know the point value of each question. This will help decide how much time is required to answer each question.<\/li><li>Understand the consequences \u2014 How is this test going to effect my overall grade?<\/li><li>Create Pretests. Use quizzes, old tests, etc.<\/li><li>Prepare necessary equipment (pencils, paper, calculator, etc.)<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-genesis-blocks-gb-accordion gb-block-accordion\"><details><summary class=\"gb-accordion-title\">During the test<\/summary><div class=\"gb-accordion-text\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Be on time and prepared \u2014 arrive early to get organized both physically and mentally<\/li><li>Read directions carefully \u2014 ask if unclear.<\/li><li>Work on the questions you can answer quickly first.<\/li><li>Keep track of time and budget accordingly.<\/li><li>If allowed to write on the exam in the margins, jot down formulas, equations, facts, or other material you know and might forget.<\/li><li>Regard memory lapse as perfectly normal. If you have a block, leave it and return to it later.<\/li><li>Write legibly.<\/li><li>Relax and have confidence in yourself!<\/li><li>Make sure to check over the entire test for any careless errors.<\/li><li>Don&#8217;t try to be the first one to leave \u2014 everyone has their own pace.<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-genesis-blocks-gb-accordion gb-block-accordion\"><details><summary class=\"gb-accordion-title\">After the test<\/summary><div class=\"gb-accordion-text\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Relax, it&#8217;s over!<\/li><li>Don&#8217;t dwell \u2014 you can not react to your performance until you receive your grade.<\/li><li>Keep all study materials for the final.<\/li><li>Reward yourself whether you did well or not.
