We strive to provide a quality service and learning experience. If we didn\u2019t meet your expectations please let us know how we can do better. <\/p>\n\n\n

Reports to SC aware, are assigned to a staff member for review and follow-up. The staff member will gather additional information from you and the department(s) involved.<\/p>\n\n\n

An important note for students<\/strong>: If you have concerns about course content, your instructor, and\/or your grades you must follow the Instructional Concern\/Academic Matters process<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n

Check your student email. <\/strong>We also recommend that you check your SCmail<\/a> account regularly and certainly before filing a report. For example, if you are expecting a response from a staff member or department, they may have sent you an email to your SC mail account. SCmail is the primary way the college communicates with students. <\/p>\n\n\n
