You have ten (10) days from the incident or issuance of the grade to express concern.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Before completing the Instructional Concern\/Academic Matters form, students should first attempt to resolve their concern with their instructor directly. <a href=\"\/student-relations\/tips-for-talking-to-your-instructors-2\/tips-for-talking-to-your-instructors\/\">View tips on how to do this<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be prepared to state what resolution you are seeking. Please be aware that dropping or&nbsp;withdrawing from a class can impact your&nbsp;ability to meet&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/home.schoolcraft.edu\/college-policies\/student-rights-and-responsibilities\/financial-aid-ii\">Satisfactory Academic Progress Standards<\/a>&nbsp;or may result in you owing&nbsp;money back to the college.
