Title IX Training Materials <\/h1>\n\n\n\n

The 2020 Title IX regulations require the posting of \u201call materials used to train Title IX Coordinators, investigators, decision-makers, and any person who facilitates an informal resolution process\u201d  (34 C.F.R. 106.45(b)(10)(i)(D). The following reflects training the Title IX coordinator, Title IX deputy coordinators, Title IX decision-makers, Title IX investigators, and all who implement informal resolution processes have participated in. Third-party vendor copyright\/trademark protections apply as noted by the respective training partner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
