Our Student Relations Office is here for YOU. If you have concerns and don\u2019t know where to go, turn to us first. This can include complaints, concerns about behavior, or possible misconduct. We\u2019re here to listen to you and then connect you to the resources you need, including counseling services. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also encourage you to use SC Aware, which is the College\u2019s online reporting tool. You can submit your report anonymously, though we encourage you to provide your contact information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Help students with requests for late drop, withdrawal (\u201cW\u201d grade) and retake credit<\/summary>

Extenuating circumstances prevent some students from dropping a course before the deadline published in Important Academic Dates<\/a>. If you missed a refund or withdrawal deadline, you may be eligible to request a late drop, withdrawal (\u201cW\u201d) grade or retake credit. Use SC aware<\/a> to submit your request.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Help students who aren\u2019t sure where to go for help<\/summary>

Unexpected life events can interfere with your education. When this occurs and you aren\u2019t sure who to contact at Schoolcraft, you can start by contacting Student Relations. We will listen, provide you with assistance, or connect you with the appropriate office at Schoolcraft.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Address concerning behaviors<\/summary>
\n

\u00a0If you are concerned that someone may harm themselves or others, or may be experiencing depression, anxiety or other mental health challenges, submit a report using\u00a0SC\u00a0aware<\/a>. We will partner with mental wellbeing team<\/a> to reach out to the student.\u00a0If you feel that you are in need of support, you can contact our mental wellbeing team<\/a> directly or submit an\u00a0<\/a>SC\u00a0aware<\/a> report on your own behalf. We also offer UWill<\/a>, which is our 24\/7\/365 virtual wellbeing support partner that is available at no cost to you.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Address misconduct<\/summary>

The Student Relations Office is responsible for upholding the\u00a0Student Code of Conduct<\/a>. If you witness behavior that might be a code violation, submit a report through\u00a0SC\u00a0aware<\/a><\/a>. We will investigate and initiate the discipline process as necessary.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n
