Schoolcraft College Police Department Officers are on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They patrol the main campus by foot and vehicle and also have a presence at the College\u2019s other facilities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We’re a fully-certified police department<\/strong> through the Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards (MCOLES), responsible for all law enforcement on our campuses. We’re also an Accredited Agency<\/strong> through the Michigan Association of Chiefs of Police<\/a>, recognized for our commitment to best-practice standards. Less than 10% of all 571 police agencies in the state of Michigan have reached this status, and we\u2019re only the 4th college\/university police agency in the state to do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We’re Everywhere and Ready to Help<\/summary>

You\u2019ll see Schoolcraft College Police Department Officers on duty 24-hours a day, seven days a week. We patrol the Livonia main campus, Manufacturing & Engineering Center (MEC), and the Public Safety Training Complex (PSTC) by foot, bicycle and vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our parking lots and campus buildings are monitored and recorded 24-hours a day by CCTV cameras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are available to investigate criminal incidents and provide assistance with medical emergencies \u2014 or help if you are simply locked out of your vehicle or have a dead battery.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n
