removed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4 lemon, juiced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tablespoon olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 ounces Fresh baby spinach<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pat sea scallops dry with paper towels. Season with some lemon juice, salt, and pepper on one side.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Place scallops in the skillet seasoned side down. Cook until browned on the bottom, about 2 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flip and continue cooking until opaque, about 2 minutes more.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove from pan and add baby spinach to the pan and cook until tender. Carrots<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 oz. Shallot, peeled<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 oz. Vegetable Base<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>48 oz. Heavy Cream, 40%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 oz. Tajin seasoning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 lb. Mango, cubed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 oz. Ginger Root<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>128 fl. oz. Water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 fl. oz.
