Youth Aquatics Drop & Referral Process<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

To ensure children are registered for the most appropriate level swim class, Youth Aquatics Instructors will follow the referral process as outlined below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Instructor conducts swim assessment in student\u2019s first class<\/li>
  2. If the student\u2019s skill is inappropriate for the class level they are registered for, the instructor will provide a Youth Aquatics Referral Form to the parent (after class) indicating a more appropriate level swim class.<\/li>
  3. The instructor will communicate to the parent that their student will be dropped from the class by the PPL front desk. Full refunds will be provided and credited back to the last method of payment used.<\/li>
  4. It will be the parent\u2019s responsibility to make an attempt to register for the recommended swim class. Registration may or may not be available, as Youth Aquatics classes cannot be over loaded.<\/li>
  5. If students are registered late for class, the student must provide to their instructor an email from PPL or their new class schedule as confirmation of registration at their next class.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
