The eCourse Package 2 is an online course that integrates the MSF Street Strategies eCourse and the Human Factors eCourse (Level II content) into one, four-hour online course that students must complete before their first in-person session. It is a key component of the hands-on, license waiver Basic RiderCourse 2 and replaces most of the in-person classroom instruction. It emphasizes the mental strategies to be safe and the personal awareness to make good decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This eCourse<\/em> can be completed in around 4 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This eCourse<\/em> alone does not qualify for a license waiver\/endorsement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
