Within Microsoft Outlook, click\u00a0<strong>File.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p>2. Click\u00a0<strong>Options.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p>3. Select\u00a0<strong>Mail.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p>4. Click the\u00a0<strong>Signatures<\/strong>\u00a0button within the settings.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.schoolcraft.edu\/marcom\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2022\/03\/email-signature-step-outlook-settings-screencap.png\" alt=\"window screenshot\" class=\"wp-image-122\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p>5.  <span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Within the\u00a0<\/span><em style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Signatures and Stationery<\/em><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">\u00a0dialog box, select the\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 1rem\">New<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">\u00a0button.<\/span><br \/><br \/>6. <span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Copy and paste the appropriate signature content directly from the appropriate Word document labeled &#8220;Email Formatting&#8230;&#8221; download provided at the top of this web page.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>&nbsp;You will not visibly see the logo image in the footer. It will look like a blank block of whitespace.
