Wifi Troubleshooting

  1. If you registered for a Username and Password and have not received a text message with your account information, please review the following:
    1. Confirm you are getting cellular service (often referred to as bars).  
    2. Confirm you have selected your mobile service provider correctly.   
  2. If you do not have a cell phone that is capable of receiving text messages (SMS), you can ask the instructor or a friend to have a new username and password for you sent to their phone.
  3. If you receive an error message (see sample below), your cell phone has disconnected from the sc-connect Wi-Fi network. You will need to go into your Wi-Fi settings and reconnect. Once reconnected proceed to follow Step 1.
  4.  If you still need assistance, please contact the Schoolcraft College help desk at 734-462-4426. A representative will be able to assist you in obtaining a Username and Password.
