When changing passwords, your new password will need to meet the following secure password requirements for&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Students<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Student passwords currently do not expire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Must be at least 10 characters long<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must contain three of the following four categories:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Uppercase characters (A-Z)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lowercase characters (a-z)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Numbers (0-9)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non-alphanumeric characters like $, # or %<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must not contain any part of your name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must not be a recently used password<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Faculty and Staff<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Faculty and staff passwords expire every 180 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Must be at least 16 characters long<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must contain three of the following four categories:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Uppercase characters (A-Z)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lowercase characters (a-z)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Numbers (0-9)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non-alphanumeric characters like $, # or %<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must not contain any part of your name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must not be a recently used password<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For more password advice, please see&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cisa.gov\/uscert\/ncas\/tips\/ST04-002\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Choosing and Protecting Passwords<\/a>&nbsp;from the Cybersecurity &amp; Infrastructure Security Agency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Forgot your password?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you don&#8217;t know your password you will need to reset your password.
