Present Moment Meditation: Inner Peace, Inner Strength - Virtual
Adjusting to change isn't always easy, especially when daily routines are uprooted. Creating new courses of action and accepting circumstances beyond our control can be stressful, as we redesign our life. Meditation is an easy way to reduce stress and access inner peace. It quiets the mind and is beneficial for health and managing challenges. It establishes an inner strength that is enduring and supports every aspect of life.
