Course Description

Begin your day with an invigorating workout designed to improve your overall strength, balance, flexibility and posture. Using a variety of equipment, incorporate active stretching, low impact movements, targeting floor work and Pilates inspired exercises to leave you feeling energized. Wear exercise clothing. Bring a mat and water bottle to class.
