Total Body Conditioning & Sculpting
Increase your muscular strength, cardiovascular function and endurance, while focusing on strength training and proper form. Begin the workout with 25-minutes of low-impact cardio, in addition to an upper and lower-body workout. Class will conclude with a yoga-type stretch cool down. Bring a mat, towel and water bottle to class.
