Course Description

Small group training that creates resistance using your own body weight as you train and work at your chosen intensity using the TRX Suspension Training system. Build overall strength, balance and flexibility with this total body program in a group of no more than eight students. The workout combines strength and conditioning moves on and off the TRX frame. Wear exercise clothing. Bring a water bottle to class. Note: TRX is a strenuous workout. A doctor's review of your health is advised before starting this exercise program.
