Biannual issues include articles on student success and retention, developmental education, leadership and administration, teaching and learning strategies, and interactive learning. Each piece must define a context, a concern, an approach, and a solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"cta-button\"><a href=\"https:\/\/home.schoolcraft.edu\/docs\/librariesprovider51\/default-document-library\/cce-call-for-papers.pdf?sfvrsn=ba4c9b5_0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Call for Papers<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The journal seeks to publish both newer writers and established authors. We encourage you to a establish a dialogue if you have any questions before submitting. You can contact our team with any questions about the submission process at <a href=\"mailto:cce@schoolcraft.edu\">cce@schoolcraft.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manuscript Preparation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Language and format\u2014including headings, figures, citations, and references\u2014should conform to the current <a href=\"https:\/\/apastyle.apa.org\/\">APA publication manual<\/a><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Article length is capped at a soft maximum of 6,000 words.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"margin-bottom\">Please email your submission to <a href=\"mailto:cce@schoolcraft.edu\">cce@schoolcraft.edu<\/a> as a single .docx that includes the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a short author bio consisting of contact info and affiliated institution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>an abstract of no more than 250 words<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the article<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>More specific guidelines for special features (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.schoolcraft.edu\/cce\/for-contributors\/at-issue-guidelines\/\">At Issue<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.schoolcraft.edu\/cce\/for-contributors\/book-review-guidelines\/\">Book Review<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.schoolcraft.edu\/cce\/for-contributors\/technology-in-practice-guidelines\/\">Technology in Practice<\/a>) can be found on each feature\u2019s individual guideline page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our copy editor may make minor grammatical and style changes to your manuscript.
