In order to provide fair and equitable services to our students, alumni, and employers, employers must follow the National Association of Colleges and Employer (NACE) Principles for Professional Practice<\/a>, \u202fU.S. Department of Labor Guidelines for Unpaid Internships<\/a>\u202fand to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)<\/a>\u202frecruitment and employment guidelines and laws established by the Federal government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To ensure equal access to all students, college staff will not provide referrals to guarantee placement. Employers should use the job board to post their open positions and select their own candidates based on the specific guidelines and needs of their individual company. Schoolcraft College faculty and staff should refer employers to the job board if they are looking to recruit students and alumni.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n Students and alumni can create an account using their Schoolcraft College credentials.
