Savor a gourmet lunch prepared and served by Schoolcraft’s Culinary Art students. The menu, which changes daily, includes freshly baked breads, soup, salad, a choice of entrée and a selection from the tempting dessert table. All items are à la carte. (Soup, salad, dessert and entrée are all separate prices)


The American Harvest Restaurant will open Friday, August 30 and continue lunch service through Thursday, December 12. There will be no lunch service September 3, 27, October 1, 2, 3, November 1, 5 6, 7, 26 - 29 and December 3..

Lunch is served Tuesday through Friday with three seatings: noon, 12:15 p.m. and 12:30 p.m.

The Schoolcraft College Culinary Arts Department would like to share with you a few new procedural Changes that are taking place with our curriculum that will have a direct impact on seating reservations. These decisions are designed to emphasize student learning by focusing on instruction and learning objectives.

*  The reservations moving forward for both lunch and dinner (International) will be limited to 50 guest per dining experience.
*   Lunch service in the American Harvest will not allow a table to be more than (6) guest per table.

*Please note* Extreme weather conditions may force College Closure. If the College is closed, we are also closed.

Although these changes reflect limited availability, please note that our instructors, along with the goals we have set forth, are designed to provide our guests with a great experience that allows our students to proudly showcase standards of excellence.

As these changes come forth, we do hope you still support our long-lasting tradition of excellence in the Culinary Arts Department at Schoolcraft College. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to having you as our guest.
