We encourage you to make a refund selection with BankMobile Disbursements to receive funds owed to you in a fast and secure manner. You can add an existing account or set up a Vibe account through BankMobile Disbursements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Visit <a href=\"https:\/\/refundselection.com\">RefundSelection.com<\/a> to make your selection or to get easy answers anytime by using the online FAQ database.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your personal code will be in the email(s) sent to you by BMTX, or you can click on \u201cI need a code\u201d and follow the instructions on the website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your shared secret is your Schoolcraft 7-digit ID (without leading letter) and your birth month &amp; day in MMDD format: 0123456MMDD<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"move-up-25\">If you have questions about making a refund selection, please visit <a href=\"https:\/\/disbursements.bmtx.com\/refundchoices\/\">BMTX (BankMobile Disbursements)<\/a>, or contact Customer Care: 1-877-327-9515.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Important Notes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Students 16 years and under will not be eligible to receive funds through BankMobile Disbursements. If you are 16 or younger, we encourage you to enter your bank account info into <a href=\"https:\/\/self-service.schoolcraft.edu\/student\/HumanResources\/BankingInformation\">Ocelot Access Self-Service<\/a> for a faster refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your refund is processed within 45 days of payment via credit card, the refund will go back to your original card. Unless not allowed by the system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you don&#8217;t enter your bank information into Bank Mobile or Ocelot Access Self-Service (for students 16 and younger). Students receiving these funds have usually requested this additional support to help with books and living expenses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other types of money may include reimbursement for tuition overpayment or a dropped class. We use the term \u201crefund\u201d but your school may have another name for these funds, such as a disbursement, residual or a stipend.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-genesis-blocks-gb-accordion gb-block-accordion\"><details><summary class=\"gb-accordion-title\">How will I get a personal code?<\/summary><div class=\"gb-accordion-text\">\n<p><strong>Mail: <\/strong>Look out for the envelope. Your code will be sent to the address you have on file with your school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Email: <\/strong>We will send you an email with your code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>On Demand: <\/strong>Visit <a href=\"https:\/\/refundselection.com\">RefundSelection.com<\/a> and click on the Need A Code? link. You may use any personal code assigned to you to make your refund preference selection.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-genesis-blocks-gb-accordion gb-block-accordion\"><details><summary class=\"gb-accordion-title\">How is my money delivered?<\/summary><div class=\"gb-accordion-text\">\n<p>Delivery of refund money is a multi-step process. First, your school draws funds from the respective loan and\/or grant provider and applies it to your student account. Once this information is verified by your school, it is sent to BMTX, Inc. Once the specific refund information and funds are received, it is processed and disbursed according to your selection.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-genesis-blocks-gb-accordion gb-block-accordion\"><details><summary class=\"gb-accordion-title\">How will I know when my money has been sent?<\/summary><div class=\"gb-accordion-text\">\n<p>We send you an email to the address you entered during setup or you can view the status of your refund online at <a href=\"https:\/\/refundselection.com\">RefundSelection.com<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also sign up for mobile alerts<sup>3<\/sup>. An alert will be sent each time the status of your refund changes. These alerts are sent real-time to provide you with the most up-to-the-minute information regarding your refunds. To sign up, select Mobile Alerts from the User Profile menu option.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-genesis-blocks-gb-accordion gb-block-accordion\"><details><summary class=\"gb-accordion-title\">Can I change my preference for receiving money?<\/summary><div class=\"gb-accordion-text\">\n<p>Yes. Just log in to <a href=\"https:\/\/refundselection.com\">RefundSelection.com<\/a> and select Refund Preferences from the Refunds menu option. Once on the page, make your new selection and click the Update Preference button to complete the process. Be aware that your new selection will only affect future money you receive from your school. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note, there may be circumstances where your ability to change your refund preference may be restricted. You can earn interest with qualifying deposits2. If you select the BankMobile Disbursements Vibe Checking Account as your refund choice, you will receive a temporary virtual Debit Mastercard\u00ae to use until your physical card arrives in the mail. Also, you can earn interest with qualifying deposits. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Identity Verification is required to open up a BankMobile Disbursements Vibe Checking Account online via our Customer Identification Program (CIP).
