CES 9826 - Combination Fitness Training

Using a combination of equipment, light weights and cardio exercises you can get the quickest results in the shortest amount of time. Each class will incorporate core exercise, balance, flexibility, total body toning and strengthening exercises while improving cardiovascular endurance. Enjoy this fast paced program that will tone muscle and burn calories. Wear exercise clothing. Please bring a mat, towel and water bottle to class.*
