CES 9813 - Yoga for the Face, Neck & Shoulders

Neck and shoulders retain tension and physical strain leading to stiffness, tension headaches and possible injuries. The face can express stress disrupting our body's balance resulting in wrinkles and a fatigued appearance. Using traditional yoga poses and other methods, we will target the neck, shoulders and face, strengthening muscles, increasing flexibility and circulation and easing tension resulting in a toned and more youthful appearance. Wear exercise clothing. Please bring a sticky mat and a firm blanket.*
