If you want to get fit or stay fit, a 30-minute cardio workout is a great choice. A half-hour is plenty of time to burn calories and improve your cardiovascular health. Do a quick warm-up, and then enjoy an invigorating, energetic workout. Finish your half-hour with a relaxing cool-down and final stretch. Wear exercise clothing. Please bring a mat, towel and water bottle to class.*
