CES 9795 - Functional Training for Personal Fitness Trainers: Balls & Plyometrics

Expand your athletic, rehabilitation and sports-oriented client base with specific exercise regiments for these populations. Better utilize stability balls, tubing, plyometrics and free weights for improved functional fitness. Identify single and multi-joint exercises. Explain the benefits and differences between tubing, stability balls, machine and free-weight lifting. This class has been approved for 6 CEC Credits for WITS-certified personal trainers. One hour lunch not included in CEU total.*
