CES 9768 - Group Exercise Instructor Certification

Graduate from being a participant to becoming a certified group exercise instructor. Prepare to become a group exercise instructor by learning about biomechanics, anatomy, dynamics of group exercise, choreography, music, step basics, cardio box, cueing and toning exercises. In the last week of class take the national certification exam. Certification requires passing the written and practical exam and having current CPR credentials. At the last class meeting, students need to be available for the entire class duration, but may not be on site the entire time.
